High-temperature resistance furnace (box-type resistance furnace, trolley-type resistance furnace)

The structure of this electric furnace is similar to the general standard trolley resistance furnace. The shell is welded by steel plate and section steel. This not only ensures the tight seal between the furnace door masonry and the furnace body masonry when the furnace door is closed, but also ensures that the furnace door is not damaged during the opening process. The masonry will be damaged by friction. The movement of the furnace door and the trolley is provided by a motor through a worm gear reducer and a chain drive. It is equipped with an electromagnetic brake for proper adjustment.

In order to improve the uniformity of the furnace temperature, the large electric furnace uses multi-zone heating, and heating elements are arranged on the furnace door and the rear wall. The user prepares all the connecting wires and buried groundwater pipes for installation, and the supplier sends someone to guide the installation, wiring and commissioning.

The high-temperature resistance furnace can adopt PLC and computer LCD touch screen system according to requirements to achieve automatic temperature PID control, automatic feeding, fault alarm recording, automatic safety logic operation, automatic detection and counting of incoming and outgoing materials, and can provide daily production reports and other functions. Built-in annealing process parameters of commonly used materials, and process parameters can be customized according to the actual situation. The furnace is constructed of high-quality thermal insulation refractory materials, which has good thermal insulation performance and low power consumption. At the same time, the furnace is coated with a thermal radiation coating to further improve the electrothermal radiation rate and thermal insulation performance. The temperature can reach 1200 กใ C.

RJ2 series well-type tempering resistance furnace is an energy-saving cycle operation type electric furnace. It is used for tempering general metal parts in air and quenching, annealing and aging heat treatment of light alloy parts such as aluminum alloy die-casting parts, pistons and aluminum plates.

Structure Introduction

The structure of RJ2 series pit-type tempering resistance furnace is similar to the international standard pit-type furnace. The outer shell is made of steel plate and section steel with a cylindrical furnace body. The inner surface of the furnace cover is made of stainless steel plate. The furnace lining is made of ultra-lightweight 0.6g / cm3 energy-saving microporous refractory bricks. The furnace lining and the furnace shell are sandwiched by an aluminum silicate fiber felt for insulation, and the remaining gap is filled and expanded to stone powder. The resistance wire uses 0Cr25AL5 high-resistance alloy wire to be spirally installed on the wire resting brick of the furnace. A stainless steel charging basket is placed in the furnace. The furnace cover is raised and lowered manually. In order to uniformly heat the workpiece, a hot air circulation fan made of a heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and air blades is installed on the furnace cover. During the heating process of the workpiece, hot air is circulated up and down in the furnace to ensure that the workpiece is evenly heated. To ensure safe operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power of the electric furnace control cabinet. When the furnace cover is closed (during operation), the power is turned on. When the furnace cover is opened, the limit switch cuts off the control power, so the power of the heating element is cut off at the same time to ensure safe operation. The electric furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and a thermocouple when it leaves the factory.
