PLC control system

The monitoring application program realizes the functions of state monitoring of the experimental device, data acquisition and processing, calculation and optimization of control algorithms, historical trend curve display of experimental data, and real-time display of experimental data. The PLC control program is written by the host computer using STEP7 V5.1 software, and the hardware configuration, communication configuration, program download, online diagnosis of the PLC hardware status, and control of the PLC's operating status and I / O channels are performed on the PLC via Ethernet. Status, etc. The lower computer PLC completes all the real-time control tasks related to the control system such as logic control, analog quantity acquisition and processing, conventional PID control, fuzzy control and so on.

PLC hardware configuration
The PLC master station uses Siemens 200, 300, 400 series PLC CPU 412-2DP, which has a PROFIBUS-DP and an MPI interface. Because the CPU-412 has powerful processing and computing capabilities, the entire system (including the master station and slave stations) uses only one CPU module, and the master station also has four signal processing modules (DI 16, DO 16, AI 16, and AO 8). ) And a communication module CP443-1 (used for communication between the upper computer WinCC station and the SIMATIC S7 PLC master station via Industrial Ethernet). The slave station uses PROFIBUS-DP distributed I / O ET-200M IM 153 with two signal processing modules (DI 16 / DO 16 and AI 4 / AO 2). PROFIBUS-DP is used for the SIMATIC PLC master and PLC slave Communication. Boiler control parameters and status analog values (such as liquid level, flow, pressure, temperature, etc.) and switching values (such as relays, contactors, indicators, etc.) are connected to the PLC master station through the analog and digital input and output modules of the PLC. DPM1 and slave DPS1, then exchange information through Ethernet and monitoring level.
