The PLC control program is written by the host computer using STEP7 V5.1 software, and the hardware configuration, communication configuration, program download, online diagnosis of the PLC hardware status, and control of the PLC's operating status and I / O channels are performed on the PLC via Ethernet. Status, etc. The lower computer PLC completes all the real-time control tasks related to the control system such as logic control, analog quantity acquisition and processing, conventional PID control, fuzzy control and so on.
PLC hardware configuration
The PLC master station uses Siemens 200, 300, 400 series PLC CPU 412-2DP, which has a PROFIBUS-DP and an MPI interface.
